Delivery policy
Subject to availability and receipt of payment, requests will be processed and delivery confirmed. MXAlliance`s standard shipping is usually overnight using Speed Services Couriers. Shipping requires a P.O Box address or Street Address but preferably a P.O Box Address for safer delivery. Once your order has been shipped you will receive an email notification of the shipping along with a Speed Services tracking number. Shipping charges are R100 for the first 3 items shipping within South Africa and R10 for every item thereafter. International rates will be calculated manually. Please allow 8-10 working days delivery time for non-backordered after it has been shipped out from our suppliers.
Return and Refunds Policy
We regret that MXAlliance does not offer any exchanges or returns. Please double check your order to make sure you have the correct sizes, colours, etc. If however we sent the wrong products we will gladly correct the mistake free of charge. Please make sure you buy your boots 1 size bigger as all boots are US Standard Sizes. Cancellations of all orders that are already shipped out by our suppliers are subject to a 35% cancellation fee.
Backorders
If an item is on backorder or an order is delayed by our supplier, MXAlliance will notify you via email or phone. In case an item is on backorder you have the option to either wait, exchange the item for another item or cancel the order.
Customer Privacy Policy
MXAlliance shall take all reasonable steps to protect the personal information of users. For the purpose of this clause, "personal information" shall be defined as detailed in the Promotion of Access to Information Act 2 of 2000 (PAIA). Payment Options Accepted
Payment may be made via Visa or MasterCard credit cards or by bank transfer into the MXAlliance’s bank account, the details of which will be provided on request.
Credit Card Acquiring and Security
Credit card transactions will be acquired for MXAlliance via PayGate (Pty) Ltd who are the approved payment gateway for Standard Bank of South Africa. PayGate uses the strictest form of encryption, namely Secure Socket Layer 3 (SSL3) and no credit card details are stored on the website. Users may go to http://www.paygate.co.za/ to view their security certificate and security policy.
Customer Details Separate from Card Details
Customer details will be stored by MXAlliance separately from card details which are entered by the client on placing an order.
Merchant Outlet Country and Transaction Currency
The merchant outlet country at the time of presenting payment options to the cardholder is South Africa. Transaction Currency is South African Rand (ZAR).
Country of Domicile
This website is governed by the laws of South Africa and MXAlliance chooses as its domicilium citandi et executandi for all purposes under this agreement, whether in respect of court process, notice, or other documents or communication of whatsoever nature.
Variation
MX Alliance may, in its sole discretion, change this agreement or any part thereof at any time without notice.
MX Alliance is a parallel importer
Companies that are parallel ('grey') importers are required by law to notify customers by means of disclosure on documentation, that they are not authorised by the manufacturer as an authorised distributor of the branded product and that the authorised South African distributor of these products is under no obligation to honour the manufacturers' guarantees/warrantees or to provide after-sales service, and that the parallel importer will support and service those clients they supply.
